These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Refer Stake platform (“Platform”) and the services provided by Refer Stake (“Services”). By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform or Services.
Membership Eligibility
To become a member of Refer Stake, you must have access to a device capable of completing tasks related to screen-based activities. Membership is open to individuals of all ages. However, minors under the age of 18 must have parental consent to join.
Account Registration
- Registration requires providing your full name, email address, and selecting a referrer.
- Members must choose a membership package and pay the corresponding fee to activate their account.
- Only registered members with a referrer are eligible for membership. Guest registrations are not accepted.
Member Conduct
Members agree to:
- Never engage in false clicking, use of proxies, or creation of multiple accounts.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in completing tasks and monetization activities.
- Each individual should only have one account.
Earning Opportunities
Members may complete tasks such as watching websites and referring others to the platform for earning opportunities. Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual effort and activity.
Payment Terms
- Payment for Refer Stake services is due upon registration and activation of your chosen membership package.
- Members must pay the corresponding fee to activate their account and access the platform’s earning opportunities.
- Cashout requests are subject to a minimum earnings threshold of $20.
- A cashout transaction fee of $2 will be deducted from each request.
- Additionally, a platform charge of 10 RSX will be applied for each cashout request.
- Refer Stake reserves the right to adjust payment terms and fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through the platform.
- Failure to comply with payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account. By using Refer Stake’s platform and services, you agree to abide by these payment terms.
Termination and Account Lock
- Accounts inactive for 48 hours will be locked. To unlock, a punishment fee will be determined by management based on account ranking or will reset the account to default stats.
- Accounts engaging in fraudulent or malicious activities may be terminated immediately and permanently.
Modification of Terms
Refer Stake reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
